DIL TO BACHCHA HAI JI

Life is full of experiences…Sometimes it makes you laugh; sometimes it touches your heart and sometimes it takes you back to your good old days. Yesterday, I took a bus, while coming back from office. I was very tired, loaded with lot of stress. But there was an unstoppable gang of gals, who were talking and talking. My tired mind was yelling….Bas bhi karo yaar…but I kept that to my mind only….bcoz it was public transport and everyone has a freedom of speech. They were so loud that I had no option than to hear them. But I am delighted I was into their conversation. I know it is not good to hear someone else’s talk. But then they were enjoying their freedom of speech and I was enjoying my freedom of hearing…lolzz….

The gang included school as well as college gals. The conversation circled around ‘Usne ye kaha, wo aisa hai, u knw usne use propose kiya,…ha ha…’, typical gossip tit bits. I must say it was really fun.

School gals were discussing about their pocket money. One gal said ‘Earlier my pocket money was 100 bucks but my papa reduced it to only 50 bucks…How do I manage in that’. The girl sounded so upset as if somebody has stolen her precious gem. Suddenly another gal came up with her argument, Aree yours is 50 na….mine is just 20 bucks and whenever I ask my dad to raise it, he says…whatever u want tell me, I will get it for you...

Remember, the days when we used to plan everything in our minimal pocket money. Now we can’t think of a shopping spree in 20 or 50 bucks…but that time a 50 rupee note was everything for us.

They had all the discussion ranging from, college and colony hot scoops, fashion, lifestyle, backbiting…and interesting thing is, when they were backbiting or gossiping about others, they were warning each other ‘Oye tujhe bata rahi hun but kisi ko mat batana…pehle bata kisi ko nahin bolegi..’ ha ha…

That was a complete package of fun and entertainment….What was most touching is, at that time they were not thinking about the world, they forgot the fact that they were in a public transport, they were just living the moments…which I suppose we all did…That time their talks sounded so kiddish but…that is what we did when we were kids…coz…Dil to Bachcha hai Ji….
